About Us Sergio Tosoratti is an Italian designer, couturier and tailor with more than twenty years experience in the profession. He acquired his professional couture experience in Milan where he worked in Monte Napoleone (Casa della Sposa and Rafaela Curiel Haute Couture).In 1991 he decided to travel to Scotland for a working holiday and having fallen in love with Edinburgh he decided to stay in order to improve his skills as a Tailor. He worked in collaboration with an Italian tailor who had been one of the tailor cutters working for Coco Chanel. It is here in Edinburgh where Sergio opens his own atelier in the basement premises on Deanhaugh Street - Stockbridge in 1993.  In 2003 Gaston Borrajo Zeni joined Sergio and they formed Sergio Tosoratti Couture & Tailors to bring Sergio's designs and passion for the making of clothes to a wider audience. Gaston brings his business management skills (MBA), teambuilding and organisational experience to the new venture that opened in 26 Raeburn Place – Stockbridge, where is has been trading since.We share a passion for customer service. We believe in the importance of serving and helping our customers by providing the best of our skills, experience and professionalism to help them achieve their highest expectations.
